- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was in line patiently waiting my turn, when an associate suggested that I use the ATM for my transaction. I went, placed my money orders in, followed his directions and the machine ended up taking both of my money orders and would not return them. They assured me that it would be taken care of but BOA ended taking money out of my account. I called the bank back, was assured that I would receive a follow up call, and I have yet to hear back from the manager. Extremely irritated right now. Poor customer service. I have several accounts with them, including my mortgage. I should switch everything over to USAA.By Tem Wilder, July 11, 2017
